[Plug & Play OBD-II Installation]

Connect the power cable directly to your vehicle’s OBD-II (on-board diagnostic) port to power your Thinkware dash cam without the need for hardwiring it to the vehicle’s fuse box. Simply plug it into the OBD-II port and connect it to the dash cam for a clean and convenient installation.

[Enables Parking Mode]

The OBD-II power cable provides constant power while your vehicle is parked, enabling Thinkware’s Parking Surveillance Mode. The dash cam can monitor for impacts and motion while the vehicle is turned off, helping protect your vehicle when it is unattended.

*Please note that the dash cam may take up to 10 minutes to enter Parking Mode after the vehicle is turned off. The exact timing varies depending on the vehicle.

[Built-in Low-Voltage Protection]

The cable activates the dash cam’s built-in voltage monitoring system to monitor the vehicle’s battery level. If the voltage drops below a safe level, the dash cam automatically shuts off to help prevent excessive battery discharge.
