When they can sit up gently pass the ball back and forth to them. Place these shiny silver sensory balls on the carpet/rug area and let the infants explore them. (We like to use them on the Silver Shimmer Rug). Enable the children to incorporate other resources with the balls. We found that the children liked to place them in metal bowls and colanders and swish them around. Others liked to use them with scarves. They can cover them up and then reveal what is underneath.
