Precautions:

If the unit does not respond to the remote control, check that the barcodes on the transmitter and receiver are identical, that the transmitter indicator light is working, that the receiver cable is properly connected, and that the buzzer beeps when the unit is powered on.

If the receiver does not respond to the transmitter, check that the battery is properly installed and has sufficient charge. Replace the battery as soon as it is low. A remote control malfunction may be caused by environmental interference or a low battery.

Remove the battery if the unit will not be used for an extended period. Ensure that the wiring is correct, strictly adhering to the specifications indicated on the labels. Incorrect wiring may shorten the unit's lifespan or cause malfunction. The antenna must not be connected to any other wires.

If the fan is equipped with a code switch, set it to the maximum speed before using the remote control. The receiver beeps when you press the remote control button. This beep may be annoying. Please ensure there is sufficient space inside the fan housing or that the receiver is placed next to it.
