    Good Brand, Good Price

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - 7 avril 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With external hard drives, flash drives and other media becoming more available and dropping in price, using DVD's may seem to be an outdated way to store or share data. I will admit that I use a lot less DVD's than I used to, but they still have their place. For me, they are still a good media for permanent storage (backups in particular), and for sharing smaller amounts of data with others. At only pennies a disc, it's so much cheaper than the other types of media. I've been using this brand for a while, and I can't remember the last time I encountered a bad disc. It's always good to have a few DVD's on hand, and this brand is dependable and affordable.

Great for Picky Ford Shaker 500!

    Reviewed by - 19 mars 2013

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 2006 Ford Mustang GT with the Shaker 500 head unit that is extremely picky over what it wants to play. I was having issues with it skipping burned audio disks despite burning at an exceptionally slow speed and after cleaning. I've tried many different brands and finally decided to try yet another - the Verbatim. I burned 6 disks and used the first 6 from the spindle. All 6 played wonderfully without any skips whatsoever! I must say that I did burn at 8x as a precaution since the slower you burn, the better your changes are of having no skips. If you have a picky system, please give these a shot!

    Right for recording music

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - 31 décembre 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CDs I use in a music studio to record lessons are no longer available at Costco, so I've been searching for discs that will accurately record music. Verbatim CDs work very well, but are much more expensive than those I bought before. I'm still looking for 100s at a more economical price.

    Best value

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - 1 septembre 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don’t use CDRs much anymore, but Verbatisms always treated me well. Low failure rate.

    Latest purchase not good

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - 22 mars 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought four of these 100-pack Verbatim 52x CD-R Discs. The first three worked reasonably well with only a random disc that did not write well and could not be read without error. However, the most recent 100=pack (purchased a week ago) NEARLY HALF the discs don't write properly and can't be read or ripped. I'm not sure what changed or if this is a defective batch, but they are more trouble than they're worth; it takes TOO MUCH TIME to consistently re-write the same data to another disc and then discover that it, too, can't be accurately read.

I get to listen to my music

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - 29 avril 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an ipod, but my car is an older vehicle and unfortunately only has a CD player and a tape deck. This means that I have to either get a tape desk adapter or burn some CD. Sometimes when the battery is dead on my ipod or I don't want to deal with it, I will use the CD player. It's getting harder and harder to locate tape deck adapters and blank CD's. But I love to just burn a good CD here and there. They come in handy more often than you think.

    Great, economical storage

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - 8 février 2014

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Economical with nearly no sacrifice of quality. If you plan on copying larger song/desktop files onto these discs, you may find that the maximum storage capacity falls under the expected 80 min. mark. However when it has occurred to me, I find that the disc still holds approximately 75-77 min. of music. Overall, this product delivers well on every standard set by other brands of the same product, but at nearly half the cost.

    Get Memorex or Sony instead

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - 9 juillet 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dont even bother buying these. I literally thought my cd burner broke because all of the disks were defective. I bought Sony disks and the burning continued just fine. Its not worth saving a few dollars. Do not be cheap or desperate like I was at the time. I just didnt want to wait to order them because no one sells these anymore. Order from the website and get Memorex or Sony instead.

    excellent media to keep data

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - 19 novembre 2016

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Verbatim name is associated with high quality products. For many years this brand has been my favorite. It allows recording at an excellent speed, in an accurate way, and to last for many years to come. Extremely reasonable price. While there are clouds, these days, everywhere, I would submit, that having a "hard copy" guarantees a safe, secure, and a long lasting copy of critical data.

    Great CD-R's

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - 4 avril 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having trouble burning CD-R disk on my PC. The drive was new and I had multiply issues with another name brand disc. After reading plenty of positive reviews of the Verbatim brand, I decided to take a chance. So far, it has paid off. While I haven't gone through the entire spindle, every one that I have used worked flawlessly. I would definitely recommend the Verbatim brand.
