Overview

This concession window with a fold-down shelf transforms a standard service window into a versatile, multi-function service station. Press the release arm to unfold the stainless steel tray, creating a storage platform. When the large window is closed and only the small window is open, it creates a smooth handoff flow for serving and receiving. Unfolded, the tray serves as a temporary serving counter to boost serving efficiency.
