viaim NoteKit is a compact USB AI voice recorder and meeting assistant for online meetings, hybrid work, classes, interviews, and room discussions. Connect it directly to a Windows 10 or later or macOS computer using USB-A or USB-C, open the viaim desktop app, and start or stop recording with the device control. NoteKit works independently and does not require viaim earbuds.

Capture Online and In-Room Audio

Record internal computer audio from Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and other compatible meeting apps while two built-in microphones capture nearby speakers from up to approximately 5 m. This brings remote and in-room participants into one organized meeting record. Pickup range and recording quality vary with room layout, background noise, and computer settings.

From Conversation to Action

Turn recordings into editable, searchable transcripts, concise AI summaries, key points, action items, and mind maps. Use built-in or custom templates for different meetings and workflows, then review, edit, share, or export your notes in supported viaim apps and web services.

Multilingual Transcription and Translation

viaim supports 78 languages. With regional variations included, 145 language variants are available, including English and Canadian French (Québécois). Real-time and post-recording transcription and translation support multilingual meetings, classes, and interviews. An internet connection is required for transcription, translation, cloud synchronization, and AI-generated content.

600 Transcription Minutes Included Monthly

The free plan includes 600 transcription minutes each month, so a paid subscription is not required to get started. Optional paid plans are available for users who need more minutes or additional AI features.

Compact, Plug-In Design

At approximately 8.5 g and 60.1 x 15 x 7 mm, NoteKit fits easily into a laptop bag or workspace. It is designed specifically for computer use and requires the viaim desktop app for recording and device management. It is not a standalone handheld or mobile recorder.

Privacy and Responsible Recording

viaim uses AES-256 and TLS encryption, and customer recordings, transcripts, summaries, action items, and mind maps are not used to train AI models. Recording laws vary by location; notify participants and obtain consent where required.
