Integrated into the player is the ViewSonic Embedded Signage Platform (VESP), a Linux-based Kernel OS that simplifies installation and maintenance. There is no need for external devices to communicate with the server or play digital media.

PoE Support

Run data and power to the NMP599-W-2 using the RJ45 port and reduce the number of cable runs while maintaining a network connection.

Convenient Digital Signage Features

The player offers multi-zone screen layouts, transparent PNG overlays, and a graphical scrolling ticker feature. In the event of a power outage, the player will automatically reboot and play pre-loaded content once restored. A clock with a backup battery retains settings after failure.
