[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both remotes stopped functioning properly after five years of wonderful use. Followed troubleshooting nothing. Took it to Best Buy and the person working in the install area made it worse now I have a nonfunctioning alarm and disappointed that the tech from best buy made it worse (side note it was the radio installer who "help" troubleshoot)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased mine on sale so i certainly say its worth the price! so nice to start my car even when its parked a block or two away from my house! big downside is only the one remote is a two-way the other is a basic one. for the price both remotes should be two-ways since its the point of the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this security system specifically for the remote start and it's well worth it long range with a two way remote. Only thing is I drive a diesel and I haven't found a module to have it delay start until the manifold heater is done so I just have it set to a 40 sec delay

We had to wait a couple of weeks to get in on a weekend, but to be expected. We live in an apartment and remote start works from our unit.

A great item for the people who work in a building with no strait view to your car. The smart start lets you start your car from anyplace with your phone.
