Not built to last
- December 27, 2023The title of this review says it all - and the attached photos are proof. The flosser has been fine, but the electric toothbrush is a different story. As you can see the finish on the toothbrush is coming off. That is mainly a cosmetic issue, so I can forgive that. But the more serious problem is the fact that the "control" panel on the toothbrush (where the buttons are located) is now separating from the body of the toothbrush. Since water is now all but certain to find it's way inside the toothbrush, I'm sure it won't last much longer. If you are looking for a quality combination flosser/toothbrush that will hold up over time, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Wonderful!
- June 7, 2021I hardly ever give any product a five star rating, and this is no different. The overall appearance works well and I don’t mind having it out on my bathroom counter. The one caveat is I wish the toothbrush had a small cover just for the brush head to keep it protected from daily dust. To resolve that one concern I put the smaller half of the toothbrush holder the set came with on top of it. Bulky and not as visually pleasing as a smaller cover would be, but it works. The flosser is wonderful. When I’m done using both I feel as if I just had my 6 month cleaning. As for whether it will help with plaque buildup, only time will tell. My dentist has been encouraging me to get an electric toothbrush and/or flosser as plaque is an issue with me, even with nightly flossing. Over all, well pleased with the Waterpick!

Didn’t Last
- August 22, 2025This was purchased in December 2024. I’ve really liked having it and it has made cleaning my teeth easy. However removing the toothbrush head has always been difficult. I’ve removed it and rinsed regularly as instructed. But last night when I tried to remove it the whole thing snapped off. It was a lot of money for 8 months of use.

Melted!
- October 5, 2024Loved the toothbrush until replacing the head and it snapped off with half of it in the toothbrush and half in the head. Upon inspection it looks as though it has burnt up and melted itself into place! Will not allow me to add pictures but I can provide to whoever is interested.

Complete care Waterpik my experience with...
- June 18, 2020i felt compelled to make a point of coming back here and comment. i previously bought a complete care unit and as was mentioned by other users the tooth brush head had failed, my comment had mentioned a design flaw and i still believe that is the case; However after i wrote my comment i was emailed asked questions about my experience with the complete care waterpik and brush etc the company decided to send me a replacement (which i did not really expect) and they sent me the same unit but with the sonic tooth brush and i must say that i am impressed with the service AND the new tooth brush, that toothbrush is really good! Love it Thank you.

Great surprise!
- January 2, 2020[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No words to describe this amazing product! I have been using Waterpik Complete Care Sonic 5.0 for a week, and I am very impressed and happy with this product. This is my first electric tooth brush and I cannot get enough of it. This product is very effective to clean plaque, stains, remove the dirt of my teeth and keep my mouth clean and fresh. In a week using this product I can say that my teeth look cleaner and whiter. This is the best product I ever used to treat my teeth. This tooth brush comes with two heads, 5 water flosser tips included and 10 pressure settings. I truly recommend this product, and I am going to purchase it to my partner.

Best of Three Worlds
- January 25, 2023Wish I’d given water piks more thought earlier in age. Not expensive at all considering the purpose. You can’t beat the various attachments, electronics brush with 3 settings and position timer.

Must Have
- April 19, 2019[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything I never knew I needed. I love my WaterPik, it’s so much easier and convenient to floss, not to mention fun. Please buy the whitening tablet, it gives you a nice minty aftertaste.

Trying to Reverse a Yuck Mouth!
- September 17, 2024After having a couple of Dental Issues (5) five teeth extracted: (4) four Molars and #15, and being diagnosed with Periodonal Disease I decided it was time to Step-up my Oral Hygiene Game! I have been using this device for about (2) weeks now and see markedly ggood results. I used to Rinse with Listerine and brush twice a day with a regular tooth brush and still developed these problems, I am a 53 year old male and wanna keep the teeth I have left. Since I have bought the water pick and use it twice daily my teeth feel squeky clean literally and my next trip to the dentist will tell if the proof is in the proverbial pudding or not so stay tuned...
