(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this product a month ago, so I believe it's still too early to assess its durability, which in my opinion, is the most important factor. The product's overall quality, functionality, and noise level have been acceptable so far and meet my expectations. However, there are a few issues. The fridge is quite lightweight, so when I open the door, the whole unit tends to shift. The stainless steel surface is not fingerprint-resistant and gets smudged easily, even with a light touch. Also, the freezer door is a bit stiff and requires extra attention to ensure it's properly closed. Overall, I would rate it 4 stars — not quite 5.

This fridge was to replace our initial purchase of similar model in black which had to be returned due to manufacturing issues with it's black finish. The fridge configuration works well for us. Like the bottom freezer. Delivery was terrible, damaged our wood floor and door jamb. Had to ask for a replacement piece for the grill/wheel cover that got damaged due to the delivery fellows letting it smack down on the road. Now waiting on service call for this fridge to look at low sitting under-fridge grill and two dimple indents on fridge door. This is our first new fridge purchase in 26 years of marriage and has been a terrible experience.

We’ve had this fridge for over a month now after our 5 year old Samsung fridge died. Delivery was prompt and easy and they even helped take our old one out. I had read many reviews before buying this model and turns out it is loud. That doesn’t bother us and it doesn’t keep us up at night. The only other thing we don’t like about it is the freezer drawer is a wire basket which they don’t show pictures of. Besides that it keeps our food cold and we love the big door feature.

I recently purchased a Whirlpoor 19 cu.ft. bottom-freezer fridge. The first fridge came damaged so requested a replacement. The 2nd fridge arrived in good order, but both fridges have noisy motors. The motor comes on frequently, day and night, and I don't find it "whisper quiet" as advertised. The sound if very annoying. Also butter/cheese drawer does not fit properly - doesn't close tightly and hangs too low on shelf. When I did on-line warranty registration the "Terms and Conditions" page did not work, so I was required to click on "accept" even though I was unable to read the terms. Trying to get through on the phone at this time is difficult - long waits.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Even though I don't like stainless steel, my necessity out weighed my dislike. I'm so glad I bought it. It had features like humidity control, which I never had before. This keeps my vegetables fresh and crisp especially with cucumbers which I love but in the fridge I had they became soft and rotten in a short period of time. I love the numerous shelving on the door and the space and drawers are so spacious. I adore the freezer and the fact that there is a shelf to pull out and everything isn't on top of each other. I'm 67 years of age and never had a whirlpool that works fantastically and motor sound is extremely quiet. This was the bad day that ended beautifully.,💗💗

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought this in December because our 26 year-old fridge died. This Whirlpool fridge is very quiet. The shelves on the door make it very easy to store and organize the small jars of condiments, jam, hot sauces, etc. The clear vegetable crispers, and cheese drawers make it easy to see what's inside. And the freezer drawers make it so easy to store and utilize frozen foods and ice cubes. This is a very well thought-out fridge.

It's only been four days, but the entire refrigerator comes forward EVER+Y time i open the doors (including the freezer door). The doors stick and when I pull on them, the fridge propels forward. I have to push it back into its space every time.

It sounds like a gentle hum when it starts up, so great compared to my last fridge. I really like the lower freezer drawer as well as it is easy to access. It also has modernized my kitchen by 20 years!

Very noisy fridge, and much smaller space despite occupying same square footage of my old Kenmore. Do not believe the sellers who say Whirlpool is one of the best brands.
