The ice-hardened FRIODUR blade was forged in Solingen from the corrosion-resistant stainless steel from the exclusive ZWILLING special formula steel, is very durable and yet retains its cutting edge and flexibility. Together with the newly shaped ergonomic knife handle, this ensures pleasant, fatigue-free work with any cutting technique.
