So you can get going straight away, the set already contains the right vacuum containers. First the vacuum box made from glass in the large size. This kitchen canister of high-quality borosilicate glass offers sufficient space for whole meals, large portions of meat, a whole salad bowl or large quantities of vegetables with its 2-liter volume. The vacuum box is airtight and odor-proof, it is also microwave-safe and ovenproof up to 180°C without the lid. As it is dishwasher-safe too, it is easy to clean.
In addition the set contains five vacuum seal bags. These vacuum bags in S, M, and L sizes are resealable and are not only suitable for storing food, but also as sous-vide bags and for marinating. You’ll also find the right marinating aid in the set.
