The pan is used in China to prepare a wide variety of dishes over an open charcoal flame, but naturally this wok is also suitable for us on induction, electric, gas and Ceran hobs. The wok measures 30 cm across, thereby offering ample space for traditional stir-frying, whereby fresh ingredients are only briefly fried while they are tossed in the pan. Ensuring that the stainless steel wok heats quickly and evenly is the SIGMA Clad base.
