Get a Prepaid Mastercard™ worth up to $500.

Redemption Process:

1. Eligible Customer must have purchased the Eligible Samsung Product(s) under their name.
2. The Eligible Customer must visit the Promotion Website www.samsungcanadarebates.ca
3. On the Promotion Website, Eligible Customers will be required to complete an online form inputting their information, including email address, shipping address, and upload an image of their original purchase receipt showing the qualifying purchase(s) and the product(s) serial number within ninety (90) days of purchase as indicated on the receipt (the “Application”).
4. All Eligible Samsung Products (up to five) must be on the same Application.
5. 360insights will validate the Application within ten (10) business days. Once the qualifying purchase(s) is validated, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on the Application.
6. The Prepaid Mastercard will be shipped to you at the shipping address you listed on the online form located on the Promotion Website. Delivery dates may vary depending on the shipping address and may take between 60 and 90 days.

A maximum of two products per category can be purchased under this offer (e.g., a maximum of two refrigerators). The Prepaid Mastercard value that you will be eligible to receive, subject to meeting the conditions above, corresponds to each Eligible Samsung Product listed in the table below up to a maximum value of $500.
