Because of a you tube on non-dairy milk frothing I was reviewing this specific frother. The lady on the you tube was demonstrating with so delicious coconut milk, I decided to give this one a try. I have no regrets, it is the best, I have tried plain almond milk, coconut milk and I did this with the cappuccino disk and that is how I love my lattes. You get 2 disks; one for lattes and one for cappuccinos. A great machine, good quality and Breville is now my new best brand. Of course it works well with ordinary milk but I am trying to avoid milk because of intolerances and this frother does the job. I have had to return others in the past, not this one, I love it!

I bought this frother, don't remember how long ago, it worked well initially but now will not heat the milk or froth it. The motor and lights turn on, but that's it. I didn't even use it that often and am very disappointed as it was expensive.

I have really loved my milk frother right now the little black plastic piece is not functioning properly. I am not able to contact your company and would love it if somebody could send me a way to contact you to find a replacement piece. Or email me. Thanks in advance. S in Canada.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a coffee drinker, my poison is Chai Lattes. This milk frother does such an outstanding job that I no longer need to go to the local coffee house to get my fix. The milk comes out hot, thick and creamy. It gets used about 4 mornings a week and has never failed me in the two months I have owned it. Clean up is simple, the stainless steel cup is easy to rinse out in between and fits perfectly in the dishwasher rack. Overall, does an excellent job. I was concerned about spending a bit more on something that gets used only by me in my household, but after a few months, it will have paid for itself in what I would have paid to the retailers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first bought a Epica and it was a great "starter" machine BUT this is so very much easier and totally worth the extra money. I did have $30 in rewards and I price matched it down $20 so it felt like an especially great deal. Regardless, it is a solid piece of kitchen equipment. Very strait forward, I love the milk temperature adjustability and that it can go in the dishwasher (which is rarely needed because if you rinse it immediately it never has stuck milk) unlike the first machine I got. I think it is the best, of this class, milk frothers on the market. Plus it looks really sharp beside my Bonavita kettle and Capresso Burr grinder.

I have owned two of these for over three years (one for house and one for cottage) and now purchase them to give as gifts to friends and family. Anyone who tries a drink made in the milk frother, comment how much they love it and how it tastes the same as one from coffee shop. I never buy Chai Lattes from coffee shops anymore, I make one every morning in my Breville. Machines paid for itself in no time! The induction heating makes for even heating, no scalding milk. The froth is perfect every time and adjustable temperature allows for everyone to heat to their preference. Breville's exceptional quality shines through in this product. Never had any issues with the product.

Well I purchase this item just to see if it was good to make my milk the way I love ... alot of foam .. well this is the most amazing product in the market to achieve results even better that a professional coffee shop.. it’s not noisy, super strong and the size is amazing.. I’m beyond happy with this investment.. because Inwill never going to spend money buying coffee in a shop any more !!!

Great frother. Makes nice thick froth, wonderful for hot chocolate. One thing I didn't realize is that at the highest temperature while milk is frothing, it overflowed and the milk got into the base. I gave it a wipe and it seems to be working so fingers crossed. Ever since then I generally keep an eye on it when it's in use but at the lower temperature its not an issue. Not a big deal just surprised me the first time it happened. I still love it and nice to have something that's hands-free and warms the milk for you. The jar is a good size, good for families. I used 2% milk and it had great results. Soy milk does not froth as much but still makes a good soy latte. It's also fast.

The Breville Café Frother is my second machine and a recent purchase. The first one was bought 7 years ago created a terrific froth and over time, it got less frothy so I decided to replace it with a new one. The one I bought a week ago works like my original machine with the same level of froth. The froth is not what it should be and I was using the cappuccino disk. If I froth milk side by side with my old machine, the result is exactly the same - what is wrong with the new machine? I use regular 1 percent milk. Clearly I know how to use it, so surely there is something wrong with the machine.

I looked at reviews on several websites before ordering. I really wanted this to work - still do. But after two weeks of using different brands and types of milk, this machine is still barely frothing my milk. I've been through the instructions and troubleshooting, but no improvement. In fact, this morning it seemed to be worse. There is a grinding noise, which is not supposed to happen, but the froth disc is in the cup as solidly as I can put it. If someone can help me with this on here, I would appreciate it as I really don't want to send it back if it's something I am doing wrong.
