All returned products must include original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for this cost.

  • All returning merchandise must be shipped postage prepaid via registered mail or by Federal Express and insured for the full purchase price. Elite Jewels will not be held liable for any packages not sent in this manner, nor shall we accept liability for lost or damaged parcels.
  • If the merchandise you purchase included a special offering, the incentive item must also be returned in its original packaging along with all certificates or documentation provided. Should you wish to keep the special offer, than you may elect to have the cost subtracted from your refund.
  • A jewelry item, which has been engraved, may qualify for return only if the engraved script does not correspond to your original request.
