We've been using these in our 164 unit apartment complex for decades, through various iterations of the model. For apartment living this is a great machine. I see a lot of bad reviews, but I assume those folks are expecting to get the same performance as a full size dryer in a compact model, which is a ridiculous expectation. This model is designed to save space, hence the name, not to out perform. I personally use this model myself, and while it does take longer to dry a load, it does dry well. For apartment living where space is at a premium, this is an excellent option without upgrading to a front load stackable pair.

This dryer has been defective since day 1 of purchase. The auto-dry settings (which are 3/4 settings) do not function. The dryer shuts off after 10 minutes on the auto-dry settings. Three technicians were sent to service the dryer and replaced every part - it still didn't work. A replacement was sent after the 3rd attempt to fix it. No surprise that the replacement has the SAME defect. Perhaps they should go back to the factory and check out what appears to be a serious design flaw.

I bought the GE Dryer PSKS333EBWW 3.6 Electric Compact. Worked ok for the first 3 weeks. Then extremely loud noises going on. Now going through a 4th Service Order Number from MABE. No one seems to care to fix the machine, no one cares about the return. I am getting the royal run around. Machine makes extremely loud clicking and banging noises and the service guy says it's just a cheap machine with thin materials and bad parts. Now I'm forced to rate this with a star and it's not worth any star whatsoever!

Have had this dryer for almost a year, and from day one it has not functioned properly. For example, today I put in a medium/normal sized load of a few cotton towels and pjs and after 100 minutes, the clothes are just as about as wet as when they started. It takes hours for this dryer to dry small loads. Definitely do not recommend this dryer.

Bought dryer in early March. Has not worked properly from day 1. GE have replaced almost all parts rather than giving up on trying to fix. It is still not working properly. The repairman has been great every time he has been here but to buy a brand new dryer and it not work still after over 3 months is ridiculous, very frustrating. Also I paid to install the dryer and apparently I am told that if they finally ever give up and just replace it I have to pay to install a new dryer even though dryer has not worked from day 1.

Bought this less than a week ago to replace an older model of the same brand/style. Tried many different dryer settings and clothes loads and the dryer is horrible on drying. Really not worth you time to buy it because it is cheaper. Even after setting dryer time to max (100 min) loads do not dry. GE should stop making and selling these

I ordered this dryer and used old one. Regulated knob where to park at a time selected many types of clothes washing. Clockwise small "o" circus printed clock wise. If I park knob 7 o'clock position knob will roatae and stop at 3 o clock or what.

Bought this one to replace and older one. Doesn't dry at all after trying different loads and settings (including max time). Would not recommend, and hope GE discontinues such a sub standard product.

3 Pairs of jeans and 2 hand towels need 3x Extra Dry/Sec to dry them. Exterior vent is to code and not plugged, lint trap is cleaned out.

Have had for at least 15 years used daily. Never Serviced.
