The GreenPan 6.2L (6.5 qt.) sauté pan provides generous capacity for sautéing, searing, frying, braising and simmering. Its diamond-enhanced Thermolon ceramic non-stick cooking surface is made without PFAS and is designed for durable everyday performance. The forged aluminum construction provides fast, even heating, while the comfortable riveted handles make the large pan easier to maneuver. It is compatible with all stovetop types, including induction. The included tempered glass lid features a silicone rim that helps retain heat while protecting the lid and pan from impacts. The pan is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended. The pan is oven and broiler safe up to 315°C (600°F), while the glass lid is oven safe up to 200°C (392°F).
