Strong performer
- January 23, 2021[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it's been good to go! I made a super mini computer so no room for an external GPU. The integrated graphics have been super great displaying a really good gaming experience on my LG OLED tv

Great processor, no regrets!
- July 17, 2021[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a CPU, what more can really be said. If you have a working brain then you would know this whole stupid war between fanboys is just dumb. If you need a new PC then you can't go wrong with either, just get something you can afford and enjoy gaming on your new PC! Do yourself a favor and buy the non-K version if you're never going to overclock. For the longest time I was buying the K version of Intel processors and never overclocking them! I've been doing this for years but this time I bought the locked variant and saved nearly $100, I couldn't be happier. I have the technical ability to overclock but am lazy, so this was the better option this time.

This is a monster of a CPU and a good value.
- January 28, 2021[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very powerful processor, probably better for content creation/editing than gaming, but good for gaming, too. Keep in mind that even though Intel lists this as a 65 Watt TDP CPU, it will use much more power than that. TDP doesn't mean power use, but in most cases, it's close enough that TDP has become synonymous with power usage. With Intel's current CPUs the TDP is listed as PL1, which means all cores running at base frequency(no turbo). At full turbo boost, this CPU can pull over 200W(for a short time), and all core turbo will pull more than 65W, so keep this in mind for cooling & PSU choices. Still a great CPU.

Good NON-overclockable CPU
- December 27, 2020[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good processor that runs cool with my Corsair H80i v2 cooler. Wasn't interested in overclocking so I picked up the base 10700 rather than the 10700K. If you are looking to overclock, buy the 10700K, as that CPU is unlocked whilst this one is locked. Plays games without a sweat and rarely goes above 50% CPU usage while playing demanding games at 1440p ultra. Pair this with a good GPU and enough RAM and you've got a monster gaming rig!

Great CPU, terrible cooler.
- April 10, 2021[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good CPU overall and will handle any and everything you throw at it, my only gripe(and is the reason I'm not giving it 5 stars) is that the cooler it comes with is TERRIBLE which makes sense considering it comes with it but AMD has a better CPU and have higher quality coolers. My CPU fan was so loud playing games that utilized less than %40 of the CPU made it sound like a jet, if you buy any intel cpu (besides an i3 or lower) get your own cooler. The intel coolers are terrible I personally picked up a cooler master hyper 212 black RGB air cooler that works great and is very quiet.

Fantastic Processor
- April 28, 2021[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very solid processor. Quick, responsive and easy to install. With proper cooling and proper bios selection, this processor can maintain its 4.6GHz all core boost consistently(will have a much higher power usage)

Awesome!
- January 11, 2023[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome CPU for price. If not overclocking no need to purchase anything else

Great CPU.
- August 18, 2020[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great CPU. I was worried about it only be 2.9ghz but it performs great. Runs all cores at 4.6 when stress testing. Upgraded from an FX 8350 and the performance difference is spectacular. Averaging over 180fps in games like battlefield at 1080p high detail on an RX 580! Fallen order on high averages over 200fps! The FX 8350 would only average in the 80's on high. Great upgrade. Put a deepcool assasin twin tower on this and it keeps it nice and cool. Games are now buttery smooth on my 144hz monitor. Love it

Great processor and well worth the money
- October 1, 2020[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am glad I got i7 over the i5 10400. The multi thread performance is amazing, and I won't need to upgrade the processor for quite a while. I had to get a new MOBO, and got a Tuf B460M. Using the Asus Performance Enhancement, and Performance mode significantly boosts gaming performance. Think of it as "overclocking" for locked processors. Best purchase in quite a long time. Got a Noctua NH0U9S cooler, and it does a great job in keeping the CPU nice and cool.
