How to use?

1. Place VRORKV Cervical Neck Traction Device around the neck, adjust the circle to the appropriate size and fix the Velcro Straps in the front.

2. Before pumping, scroll the button upward on the blue plastic valve to open and let the air can go through the pipe.

3. Make sure that the collar is in a comfortable position and then stretch and relax your neck muscles before using the pump to inflate.

4. Begin with gently minor and medium traction, then move on to the major traction if you without any comfortable.

5. After pumping, scroll the button downward on the blue plastic valve to close and prevent the air from leaking.

6. After finish the treatment , scroll the button upward first, then turning the screws slowly and expel the air gradually. Please do not squeeze the device.

7. Use 2-3 times per day for 30 minutes every time will reach the best results.
