[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this device at the nearest Best Buy, and the moment I plugged it into my laptop, I received a message saying that my laptop sensed a power source with a lower rating was connected and that continued use would discharge the battery. I'm not sure what I did wrong or if I purchased the wrong device? On the other hand, the HDMI and USB ports work just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dual HDMI multi monitor adapter got the job done right! it was quick and easy to install both of my Samsung monitors via the HDMI ports. I am now able to extend my display to perfection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did not work on a new Windows10 machine. The driver software causes error messages, even after you uninstall it. Basically a waste of money and time and then you get to spend even more time trying to repair whatever the driver screws up with your operating system. J5create tech support was available, but not really useful. They were responsive, but could not get the device to function. When it was obvious that their driver was causing new error messages on machine, they said it was not their problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item to set up my dual monitors for my home office. My computer did not have an extra HDMI port, so this was my next best option. It's really easy to set up and connects in less than 5 minutes. the quality is a little dull on the extra screen, not sure if I have to adjust some settings so that both screens are the same. Overall, it works for me, and I am happy with my purchase.,

There are cheaper options out there, but like I said they come with more set up and maybe working maybe not. This was just what I was looking for after exhausting my options on how to use my dual monitors with my PC.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This usb adapter interferes with other usb devices on your computer even if they are plugged into different ports. Specifically it randomly froze both my usb keyboard and mouse at the same time. As soon as I removed this adapter the keyboard and mouse started working. It happens several times within a few hours time. It got so bad that I had to spend another $70 and buy a new "bluetooth" keyboard mouse combo because I needed multiple monitors. Also the adapter gets too hot to touch after a few hours of use. If you find a better option go for it, I could not find any so I am stuck with it. I am an IT pro and I do not recommend this device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am overall quite happy with this product. It really does a good job at allowing you to connect a laptop to more than one monitor. If you ran out of hdmi/dp/dvi/vga ports on your PC and you would like to have an extra monitor to use it for work (reading emails, working on documents, etc.), then this is an outstanding product. However, I would not recommend this for those interested in gaming or video edition. For objects moving fast on the screen there is no lag, but a very noticeable blur. Solely based on the quality of the product I would give it 5 starts, but I am giving it 4 because at USD 80 I find it to be very expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best recommendation ever! Thanks to a best buy specialist that I chatted with. She helped me get the best product for me to use at home for work. It was easy to set up on my laptop connected to two monitors. It does have an install application for your laptop, which I tried to install it but kept getting an error message "Access denied" But there was no need for me to install it for use on my Dell work laptop, I went ahead and plugged it in and after it loaded by itself it automatically worked with no install. :) So, if the application won't download I will say try to plug it in without the application install. You won't regret your purchase
