Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir by Jo Malone Cologne Spray (Unisex Unboxed) 1 oz (30 ml) (Men)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love! -How totally different these perfumes smelt from any other high street brand!!! So much so, that I actually fell in love with them. I'm usually the Dior fan, but lately I've had an two opportunities to try something else and from Jo Malone I've had a chance to try these two at the same time! While Pomegranate Noir has a smokey seductive sweet and deep smell Englisb Pear&Freesia is quite spicy and powerful!!! They both change throughout the day but they are lasting and a little goes a long way. They are to me the perfumes of Autumn/Winter as they both have me a sensation of warmth. But thay made me feel special and powerful the whole day!!!

I was introduced to a guy at a party and, before I got his name, I was wowed by his smell. It was a powerful and intoxicatingly potent scent of sensual dark wood and heady spices. He told me it was Joe Malone's Pomegranate Noir. I tried to remember the name but could only remember the word Pomegranate when fruitlessly trying to find it. I knew someone who knew the guy I met and asked her to contact him to ask what cologne he had been wearing that night..He told me and I bought it. Never have I searched so hard to find a perfume, but it hijacked my nose with such a force, I just had to get it. Now people ask me what is that gorgeous scent you are wearing!

This cologne is DEFINITELY my signature fragrance- just wonderful on its own or layered with Orange Blossom or Mimosa & Cardamom. I've used so many fragrances and none of them makes me feel as Pomegranate Noir does: Calm and collected and at the same time playful and light-hearted. My dear husband gave it as a Christmas gift a couple of years ago and since then it's my go-to cologne. I've also got the body lotion, which leaves a wonderful trail on clothes. I always keep coming back to this cologne- although I am very fickle with fragrances. Pomegranate Noir just clicks with me! I feel elegant whenever I wear it. It's also my power fragrance for big work events.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and received a small free sample which I had a little spray of. This order was wild fig and cassis and when I ordered Wild Fig & Cassis, I had a free sample of this pomegranate Noir so I can honestly say, this and the other colognes endure and are wonderfully delicate. I normally wear an expensive Chanel perfume and it never lasts like Jo Malone fragrances and I can afford 2 bottles of Jo Malone's and still have change compared to Chanel and I would still have change; I am a convert for the balance of fragrance and the fact it lasts all day make Jo Malone's colognes a no brainer.

Bought this for myself last week (an early birthday present to myself!!) it is gorgeous. Although it is an unusual scent it really is addictive with its dark undertones amongst a fruity backdrop. You will smell this all day and well into the evening. I wore it to work at 9am yesterday and could still inhale the wonderful lushious aroma whilst lying in bed at 11pm last night. Buy it! - don't wait- you wont be disapointed. My sister introduced me to Jo malone fragrances and I am intoxicatingly addicted now. The fragarances are so different and unique.
