- I mostly like it- December 21, 2019
After several months, I feel familiar enough with this coffeemaker to comment on it. Overall, I like it and the versatility of being able to make a pot of coffee if I will be home during the day or a single-serve if not. To those reviewers who have complained about spilt coffee from the carafe, it's pretty much like others. Pour slowly and you have no problem. As others have noted, the warmer plate and the coffee don't stay hot, so I do have to reheat coffee in the microwave as the morning goes along. Wish the water reservoir held more water, but at least it is easy to pour more into it from a pitcher without having to remove the reservoir.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- K-Duo Review- September 16, 2019
I must say with great sadness that I do not like it. I thought having the option to make a pot or cup was great. People come in at different times and therefore, making a pot does not work for us. The timer on the burner under the pot goes off after 2 hours and there is no way to turn it back on without making a new pot of coffee. Several people have scratched themselves with the needle taking our the k-pods because the lid doesn't open all the way up. The impatient people here do not like the fact that you have to turn the machine back on every time and wait for the water to heat up to make a cup. I do like the size of the water tank.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
- Have had it two weeks and enjoy it- September 11, 2020
Our old Keurig bit the dust after several years of heavy use. My wife and I are retired and with the COVID mess, we a fairly well home-bound and coffee gets us both through the day. So when our old maker went out, we decided that we needed another Keurig. This time though I wanted one with a carafe. Single cups were OK for the two of us, but sometimes a neighbor stops by and we would like to be able to brew more than one cup at a time. We like the features and the performance,, there is only one minor issue and that it is somewhat awkward to fill and you can't check the water level other than by the light that tells you that water is low.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
