Each covers the full range from hard sears and wok cooking to low-heat sauces and braises. Six additional burners at 12,000, 12,000, 9,000, 9,000, 6,000, and 6,000 BTU fill in from mid-range to everyday cooking, so all eight positions can run simultaneously.
