This is one of the worst refrigerator that we ever purchased till now Since the beginning, it wasn’t cooling properly and now it has completely stopped cooling, Customer service is totally beyond accountability, as even after raising service requests like repair number: RNN220725033147, no one even responding, and no commitment or ownership is being shown, really tired of these LG Service We also observed that it’s been made with a very cheap low cost material hence these LG Refrigerators do not last long, I would not recommend anyone to purchase these cheap quality LG refrigerators

We’ve had this fridge for 3 years with a protection plan to cover it as well. We’ve had several issues with the freezer in the past and 2 days ago our fridge completely stopped working with 3 error messages lighting up. Since we have a protection plan we figured it shouldn’t be a headache to fix our fridge. We waited 2 days to then be told we won’t have it fixed for another 5 days, so 1 week total no fridge and the only compensation for losing all our food and needing to order in for a week that Best Buy’s protection plan is offering us is $300. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend ANY LG product. And the LG service is complete TRASH.

The fridge is extremely quiet! And I am very pleased with the functions. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is that there is a small puck in the stainless which leads me to believe the stainless is not great quality. There is nothing near the fridge to cause a puck, nothing hit the fridge. Fortunately it can only be seen from a certain angle.

We bought this fridge as a replacement for an older LG fridge (LFC22770ST).  The newer and older models are almost identical, w.r.t. dimensions and design. The newer fridge is 100 times louder than the older fridge! It makes a loud annoying buzzing sound, which is supposed to be normal. Furthermore, the older fridge had an extra freezer tray and a butter tray for the door panel, which the newer model does not come with. So we re-used these trays from the older model and they fit perfectly in the newer one. But why did LG make the same model worse?  This took us by surprise. Now we are stuck with this noisy fridge. We wish we had purchased a Samsung instead.

The freezer of this refridgerator is NOT easy to use well! The top drawer doesn't pull out very far, and it is hard to get items in and out of it. When you try to clean the bottom section of the freezer, you have to open all of the fridge doors to full width, just to lift the drawer liner out. The fridge drawers have odd raised sections that make placing items level in the freezer very difficult. Really, the fridge is good. the sections of the fridge and on the fridge doors is well designed but the freezer is so frustrating that I just want to toss the whole thing to the curb! I wish I knew this before buying it!!

Purchased this fridge 1 year and 1 month ago now out of warranty! Fridge works but the drawers boxes and covers are now broken in 3 parts, a wheel broke off the base for the glass broke 3 months ago and the box cover broke too with the slightest of pressure Overall not very happy with this purchase, don't know what kind of plastic they are using but it sure does not last.

I purchased three LG appliances. I am very satisfied with the refrigerator and dish washer, but the stove is not so great. The first thing I noticed was that it has black sides and does not blend in with the other two appliances. Nothing in the ad mentioned that the stainless steel on the sides was black. I cannot use the stove because the tool to keep it from tipping was not included, nor were the oven racks. Also, no manual was included, only a scan to watch videos on YouTube, which stated that if more information was needed, check your manual!!! I would like to exchange for another stove that would match the other appliances, but we have no idea how to go about doing that.

Bought this LG fridge to replace a 15 year old top freezer regular doors piece. Very happy with the new fridge so far: easy to operate the doors, tones of space, adequately lit, quiet, adjustable temps for fridge and freezer (default in F, but can be quickly set in C), door ajar alarm (can be easily turned on and off), tones of space - did I say already tones of space - yes, I did - tones of space!... And - no more kneeling down to get my veggies from the bottom shelves!... Small caution - Freezer is a bottom pull out drawer, so if putting anything liquid in the freezer - push to close gently to avoid spill, just common sense. This sleek looking stainless steel style item is advertised as "fingerprint resistant" - and it truly is - several days of active family use and the front is spotless. Or, may be the whole family has very clean hands?...

I could have bought a couple of other D/W's that were cheaper, but now that I've got this beauty, I'm glad I spent a few extra bucks. The stainless steel interior is a real bonus and eliminates any worries of cracks that happen with plastic ones. The other fantastic thing about this model is the quiet running. Hardly notice it while it's operating. Controls are easy to use, and best of all, dishes, utensils and pans come out spotless. Fantastic machine; I'd highly recommend it. Best buy delivery guys were also really helpful and professional. Overall this was a really good purchase experience.

Less than two years old already heating issues and a white streak on the glass top on the burner, also the numbers have all rubbed off around the dials impossible to know the settings now. I did buy the extended warranty but the disappearing numbers are considered cosmetic and that’s not covered under warranty. Very poorly made cheap feeling stove, not even a 120v plug on the panel I have never seen that before. I was hoping to be able to upload pictures but no way to. Not being able to see the numbers makes this a hazard to be used in the house, a danger to anyone not familiar with this stove
