Logitech C920S Pro 1080p 30fps HD Webcam

Works awesome once i figured out Windows security setting was preventing function. (after software downloads, a few reboots, USB port changes) I plugged in USB and I could see it in Device Manager, mic worked well but couldn't capture any video. Video quality is great for what im using it for, of course u need sufficient light as well as with almost any camera. I really like the privacy door it comes with also. The mic is good picks up well and sounds decent but is not studio quality as expected; Im using it for Zoom meetings and video chats so it works great for that. Love that it has the screw port to attach a tripod, so i use it with my small JOBY tripod on desktop as well.

Love this adjustable camera. The Logitech software is not necessary, just plug it and it should work with Zoom and Microsoft Teams. The cover is really helpful.

I had an old C920 which was working fine, but I decided it was time for a new webcam. The C920s delivers the same crisp picture as before. My video looks WAY better than everyone else’s integrated webcams in Zooms, even in standard definition. I cannot speak for the mic as I have a Plantronics headset. It compensates for the light in the room very well. The Logitech G Hub software is very easy to use and allows me to zoom in so that the view isn’t so wide, and has setting for focus and exposure. It has preset modes you can try or create and save your own modes. My son wants to try starting a YouTube channel and I will definitely start him out with one of these.

I'll admit my expectations weren't that high. I simply wanted a webcam that produced better video quality than my laptop's built in camera. I was pleasantly surprised when I got it all set up. The quality during Teams meetings for me, has been fantastic. No lag, sharp image and clear even in lower light atmospheres. Such a good value for this little guy! Completely happy with my purchase, I always am pleased with Logitech and this time is no different. Happy I decided to go for it as it makes all the difference in my meetings. In this day and age, where virtual presentation is paramount, you want to avoid looking like a blurry mess, lol.

I needed a webcam for my new desktop Windows 10 PC expecting to do more video conferencing due to the pandemic. This webcam is awesome. Completely plug and play; the camera was recognized immediately when I plugged it in and when I launched Skype the HD video and audio were fully functional. I did not need to download any software. The security plastic lens cap is a clever, useful feature if you have security concerns (be sure you are buying the C920S and not the C902). Great company, great product and a great price. By the way, Best Buy’s customer service is excellent!
