Bought a new item, received used product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think we can all agree that presentation counts! I ordered this Nutribullet from Best Buy, mind you, I ordered a new product not open box and this is what was shipped to me. If you buy something new... especially from a reputable company, you expect something new. Shame on whoever processed this and thought it was a good idea to ship it. Best Buy... this is unacceptable!

    Quiet, an amazing smoothies

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - May 18, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing like upgrading to the newest version of it from properly owning a Neutra bullet it lasted me over eight years. This is so much quieter and it does just an amazing job and making my smoothies. It’s so easy to clean and I never have to deal with chunks in my smoothies. No more pins on the side of the cup that can break that eventually lead to you having to replace the cup.

    Great item!

    Reviewed by - December 2, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third nutribullet. I have owned two of the 900w versions and was pretty happy with them. My main complaint with the 900w versions were the noise. The first thing I noticed about the 1000w was how quieter it was. The other ones spin up to full speed almost immediately this one ramps up over a few seconds. It's simple, sleek, and efficient. Only once I had an issue of a leak but it could've been user error rather than the item as it never happened again. It blends up frozen fruit very easily with no waste or hassle. The accessories were a great addition to this blender as they are just as helpful and useful as the blender.

    Didn't last a year.

    Reviewed by - November 24, 2020

I was so happy with this product when I first ordered it. After a few months, the machine got a little bit louder when blending. Then brown liquid started to appear under between the base and the blade, and eventually, after using it frequently this brown liquid started to form rust on the base of the blade. Now, when I use this blender, I'm borderline scared it's going to blow up because it makes a terrible smell accompanied by weird smoke. I'm going to order a new blade to see if I can get a few more months out of this blender, but I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone, and in fact, I wish I went with a different brand.

    Has everything I need!

    Reviewed by - December 2, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nutribullet Pro 7 piece set is packed with everything you need. The 24oz cup is a perfect size for smoothies and they even come with lids to take your smoothies on the go. I used the 32oz cup blend together vegetables for a soup for the whole family. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because the blender got slightly stuck when I used frozen fruit. Otherwise, it blends everything really well (including frozen fruit) and it also isn't too loud which is a huge plus. I love how compact this blender is which makes it super easy to store. It's so easy to use and I have no doubt that I'll use the Nutribullet every day.

    Not sure about this one

    Reviewed by - June 11, 2023

I used to have the old Ninja, the lower wattage one. I believe 700, but it died on me. I was looking to get the higher wattage Ninja which is comparable to the Nutribullet Pro. I decided on the Nutribullet last minute because of all the great reviews. The Nutribullet does blend the leafy greens better than my old Ninja, but I am constantly getting chunks of fruits and vegetables with the Nutribullet that I did not get with my Ninja. There's nothing worse than drinking a smoothie and getting a big chunk in your mouth. I am going to try and return to Kohls and get the newer Ninja. If I can't return then I will stick it out and for sure go with the Ninja next time.

    Perfect smoothie in seconds!

    Reviewed by - December 3, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so easy to use!! I made a smoothie in seconds. It is a great size and doesnt take up counter space at all. I love that the cup that you use to blend can be used as a to go cup as well with the extra lid that is included. I blended an orange, ice, yogurt and orange juice together really quick. It is not loud like my standard blender. Also, I like that it did not leak at all. This is a great convenient machine that I will be able to use instead of my large blender and even my food proccessor for smaller portions if I dont want to get my large machines out. It can stay right on the counter. Highly recommend.

    Powerful and Convenient

    Reviewed by - December 5, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blender truly is powerful. It does not struggle at all and the blending goes ALOT faster than any I have owned in the past. I Love that you just twist it to turn on and don't have to keep switching buttons on and off just to get it to finish blending. Just Twist it on, Blend, and Done!! I was really impressed with the size and how much it can hold too! I also liked that it comes with the flip top lids for having drinks on the go. It doesn't hurt that it looks nice too. Overall, it's not only an attractive countertop appliance, it is a countertop powerhouse of possibilities!! I would definitely recommend!

    Minus-1-star rating!

    Reviewed by - September 24, 2020

Worst blender I have ever had. Even less expensive ones I had worked much better and longer than this famous Nutribullet. I bought this less than 6 months ago. In two weeks the blade was not as sharp anymore. After one month the air was being sucked in. And the defects kept going on ... got louder, the result of blending wasn't smooth. From month 2, a brown liquid starts coming from the bottom of the blade holder, and started to spread a strong weird and lingering smell. The last straw was the very loud noise, shaking vigorously, and did not stop after one minute that I had to unplug it to make it stop. Complete failure and now a piece of junk. What should I do with it????

    Excellent blender!

    Reviewed by - July 7, 2020

I have had my Pro 1000 for a couple of weeks and am very pleased with how it blends my smoothies. I had a Betty Crocker (BC) single mix blender that worked but finally wore out, as I used it every day. I love the auto-off feature and the suction cups on the bottom of the 1000, which my BC didn’t have. It is also more quiet than the BC! I find that I need to blend twice as I add chopped up avocado pit, chia seeds & fresh ginger in my smoothies. Still blends smoothly in less time than my BC did. My only negative feedback would be that the cups are very large to hold, hence the 4/5 rating. This is the very first review that I have ever written for a product & I highly recommend it!!!
