This is an Open Box Product. It's been inspected and is fully functional. It includes all original accessories and a 1-year warranty (unless noted otherwise below). For return details, see the Return Policy tab. The product's specs are as follows:

• Receive real-time notifications through the ecobee app whenever a door or window is opened or closed

• Pair with the ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium that plays a chime when a SmartSensor is opened

• With an ecobee Smart Security subscription, the sensor detects if a door or window has been open for more than five minutes and automatically pauses the HVAC system

• HVAC system resumes operation once the door or window has been closed for more than 30 seconds, ensuring efficient use of energy

• Detects motion within a 120-degree arc up to 16ft. away, alerting you about unexpected door or window being opened or any motion in your home

• Keep the SmartSensor near valuables such as drawers, safes, and medicine cabinets to receive instant notifications if they are opened
