[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are not cheap ! Once you start it never ends.. these are the best in my opinion. If you buy these get the full kit with the bridge included. The bridge by itself is $59.99 + $119.99 for two pieces. I liked them so much I bought a 3rd the next day. If you have a 65 or more I’d recommend. I included a pic of the back of my Sony Oled. The app is so easy to use, you learn your way around quick also changing millions of your colors are easy. Then... it happens ! I have two lamps that reside over my Blu ray collection, I knew these Hue bulbs existed so I bought two, I paid like $80 for them (Ouch) on sale at Target for 20% off , I did not tell the wife.. she would not understand, lol $80 for two light bulbs ? What ? Took them home paired them to the app and I was set, worked great for 2 days but something was missing. A corner of my home theater was dark, so I thought for a moment. It happed again,.. I went to Walmart and purchased a floor lamp, went back to Target to get another Hue color bulb 20% off. Went home assembly required and put the $40 bulb in.. paired it to the app, super easy... Perfect problem solved !! I included pics of my lighting.. it adds perfect ambiance. I watched a horror movie with the room lit in red.. scared the heck out of me. My system continues to evolve.. Hope this helps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this light and plan to get a few more. It's is a bit of an investment. They are on the expensive side and you MUST have a Philips Hue Bridge dock to set it up which is more money spent but I'm very pleased with the result. They are small and light enough to put pretty much anywhere. I am also grateful they came with an easy screw on dock for a standing light. Great app with simple and easy use that can be used with other light software. I use this light and another Philips Hue brand light for my own stream light aesthetics and I absolutely love how it has come out. If you can find this product on sale, you are golden!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to create a game room with a ton of LED lights. I wanted high quality and high color output from the lights and hands down Philip Hue was the way to go. 1. Crisp colors 2. Dimmable lights 3. Easy install 4. Easy control 5. Multitudes of colors to cycle through 6. Fantastic brightness with all colors. 7. Easy to use Philip Hue app. 8. Excellent quality 9. Excellent adhesive on back and stays where a person puts them. 10. Easily controlled by smart assistants. Love that feature. All around a great product to purchase to do a wide array of projects in the house. But, without a doubt Philip Hue lights are the way to go for all the quality and the best color output. Can’t go wrong with them. All the lights play together so well over WiFi and a person can control each light strip and play bar individually. The Philip Hue lights can turn a dull room into an exciting one real quick. My friends that come over spend most of the time in my game room because of my Philip Hue lights. Check out my pictures of what I did with my Philip Hue lights in my game room and I’m not near finished with it yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love these light bars by Hue! They truly are worth the price because they deliver the exact range of colors you see on the color wheel while also having beautiful presets (all three photos are of already-made presets). I have a different and cheaper smart light company light stream on the back of my media stand and the color wheel is not always true to what you see in the app. Whereas Hue you get the outcome you see in the app. The app is also super easy to use which makes playing around with scenes a blast. The slider for the amount of brightness also updates in real-time which is a huge plus. The Hue light bars are super lightweight and easy to mount. I placed two on the back of my 55-inch TV which seems to work out nicely with spacing between them. These light bars do have a thin and long wire for power which can discreetly hide with all your other wiring (visible in two photos behind the TV). I will probably get the HDMI Sync Box in the near future to truly benefit from all the cool stuff these light bars can do with any type of entertainment (gaming, music, movies). On a side note, if anyone has Google Fi as a provider (some other providers might have this too) and is using their security VPN feature, you will have to disable this to access the Hue Bridge. It took me a while before I realized what the issue was so it might save some people some troubleshooting time to disable that beforehand, unfortunately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with these. Truly amazing. I was super excited unboxing them then I downloaded the app and tried to pair them...... they do not have Bluetooth and u MUST get the hue bridge (i have no hue lightbulbs)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product very easy to control via third-party apps and the Philips hue line of software. My particular issue is the lack of information about the refresh rate of hue lights. For years I had nasty looking video in my office because mismatched hz in their different products. You can change the shutter speed but then the other lights will flicker if you have more hue lights. I still use these but I ended up just buying video production lights for when I'm shooting video. They won't flicker or cause issue. Otherwise this is a great product unless you're trying to be a YouTuber or have a video production studio.

I’m using them on my desktop behind my iMac and facing the windows, first I was thinking on buying the light strips for this ambience like I have on my tv but this was a better option
