Seems when you purchase a digital download code it takes way too long to get it emailed to you. I can name you numerous sites you can buy these codes and get instant delivery. Why Best Buy does it take so long to get this digital code emailed to you. I'm still waiting on Cup Head which I ordered yesterday. I was charged about 20 minutes after ordering even though I got an email that stated I wouldn't get charged until code shipped. Guess what, you got my money and I still don't have the product. Should have just bought the code on the system store.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered this DIGITAL DOWNLOAD card October 12 at 11:30pm. It is currently October 15 at 8:15pm and I still do not have it. It took one night to say shipped. It is a digital download meaning they email me the code. It should not take days to recieve. I missed a sale because it wasn't as advertised. I could not go into best buy and had a gift card which is why I went about it this way. If you can go into the store do so because this is honestly beyond me.

similar to some of the other reviews, but you're not going to like the delivery time in getting your code emailed to you, especially so if you think this is an immediate pay and collect, and you're thinking in minutes once they take the payment. Mine took several days. Obviously a problem somewhere and the knock-on effect for me, is I can't see myself making online purchases from Best Buy again.

I come home from work looking forward to scratching out a PlayStation voucher, and this cheap, crappy batch of sticker does come out at all. I spent my whole day and 50 of my dollars, working at a minimum wage job cuz I'm still a student, all to have the whole code rip off the card due to this stuff that PlayStation thinks they can get away with. Please note that I didn't buy this at Best buy and that maybe Best buy might have some newer gift cards but I'm reviewing it here against PlayStation because this is about one the most popular place on the Internet that I was able to find to be able to get all this anger off my chest. Thank you.

I've ordered three of these to date - the arrival time has varied from 20-36 hours. Codes have all worked without issue.

The product arrived, was exactly as described, but it takes a couple of days to recieved and the code will likely get caught in spam filters so you have to be careful. If you are buying for yourself save the hassle and go buy a physical card or just purchase through your PlayStation

We have found it impossible to,speak,to anyone who could fix this mistake. Talked to,Best Buy in Canada and the U.S.

I'm not sure what everyone else in here was expecting. I ordered my code and received it within a day. (18 hours maybe?) --- as the details explicitly say "receive your code within 24 hours" I got exactly what I expected. -- not "2 minutes" not "20 minutes"... not "2 hours" but rather 24 hours. For those claiming that this is the ONLY site in Canada that offers this is also wrong. There is a Wholesale giant online that does as well -- and guess what? It takes just as long to process from them too. In both of these cases, these retailers do not handle the codes. It's outsourced and they have to get the code from a third-party, so there has to be an expected delay. -- If you need your code instantly (instead of as advertised), then get off your butt. go outside (gasp!) and buy these cards at retail. Pick just about any convenience store, gas station, grocery store, coffee shop... I think I even saw these in a hair salon once. They're everywhere.

Will not be purchasing from Best Buy again for this lack of service. Not worth it, should have just went to the corner store and bought a card.

I usually read reviews but all this is, is a bunch of people whining about having to wait a day or two. I'm not quite sure where you people are getting the idea that it was supposed to be instant delivery. Learn to read the description before purchasing. I also find it funny how people threaten not to shop at Best Buy anymore like they think Best Buy will go out of business just because of one customer LOL I usually check reviews for information before purchasing but this is no review, this is all just WHINEviews. Grow up people.
