Samsung Galaxy Watch3 45mm Smartwatch with Heart Rate Monitor - Mystic Black - Refurbished

Not as advertised and no LTE available. I understand that Health Canada needs to approve certain features but why come to market with a product, advertise awesome features and not have them available at launch. You could have sold a lot of watches if you would have just waited until all the features were available in the majority of your markets. The people would rather wait than buy a rushed product. Finally, why isn't there an LTE option at launch? Australia, UK & USA all have an LTE/4G option at launch. Not to totally knock Samsung because they still make stunning products and designs but they drop the ball on execution every time.

I have had almost all of the Galaxy watches including the previous model 46 mm Galaxy watch. This latest design with contribution from IWC is more elegant then the previous model. But the battery life is much less than the original Galaxy watch. I'm also waiting for the blood pressure & ECG sensors to work in my country. As many have pointed out if you already own Galaxy watch active 2 , this is really just a recasing. I came from the Galaxy watch in two tone and the black only model is gorgeous. I hope that Samsung gets regulatory approval in Canada for all of the health monitoring applications that this watch is capable of. In terms of value for money, the original Galaxy watch surpasses this latest iteration by a wide margin.

I exchanged my Galaxy Watch 46 for the Galaxy Watch 3 45 with the Samsung trade in. Was it worth it? Well, the new model is more comfortable to wear (it is lighter and better when running) and I am not having any problem with the smaller battery although I don't wear it at night. It is the nicer of the two watches. However, it isn't hugely different from its predecessor so which of the two watches to go for is really a matter of cost and taste: if you can get the Galaxy Watch at a good price, it may be worth going for that but if the Galaxy Watch 3 is not much more expensive to buy or trade in for then you won't be disappointed.

Bought this watch after seeing all the promises on health monitoring unfortunately in Canada it doesn't deliver yet, Though much of the world do get the features No ECG, No SpO2,. Heart rate monitoring for me is spotty. As far as smart watch it is really great, good display, and battery life. The fitness tracking for exercise is good. Fast easy pairing with phone. I will change review rating if the missing features ever come to Canada, but for a watch in this price range it should deliver. The other competing watches do have these features in Canada. So Although I like the looks and ease of use I will be very hesitant to purchase a Samsung watch in the future.

Either Samsung has lost a sense of good taste and design or they are ignorant. The Active beats this one hollow. I am unable to use a Galaxy Watch 3 as my template for watchface simply because of its poor looks. I see a lot of reviews praising it's design. Truly speaking, its poor. Again, non of its promised features such as ECG are fully delivered or they are absolutely inaccurate. Again, Samsung should consider that all non-Samsung Android and other phones should be able to use all the features including a full fledged health app. Once all these issues are taken care of, I may consider giving it full stars.
