I LOVE this! We live in a 550 sq ft apartment and it just folds up out of the way in about 20 seconds. (We hide it behind a folding bamboo screen/room divider and it takes us hardly any space at all!). I love being able to get an upper body work out too. I was concerned it might be kind of gimmicky and cheaply made but it is very sturdy and well made.

We love the Stamina Wonder Exercise bike as a family! I just can't believe how much use everyone is getting out of it from the kids to hubby and I! Our 14 year old put it together in less than an hour without any trouble at all! It's super light weight and compact design with the wheels on the back end allow me to move it from room to room without any resistance. I even enjoy taking it outside to get some fresh air and peace while working out! Hubby and the kids love the multi-funtion battery operated monitor which is promoting a little friendly competition. And with where it's located right above the resistance dial, the bike is easily adjustable for everyone in the house! The Wonder Arms are my favorite feature though and what really sets it apart from other exercise bikes we've owned. I love how easily I can change the angle of the arms changing the upper body work out all together. My favorite is straight out like a “T” shape and throwing punches. Right now, that's how I find them the easiest to use but I'm also 38 weeks pregnant and not supposed to be doing a whole lot of working out. My oldest son likes using the arms as a bench press style work out and hubby changes it up every time he uses it it seems. We are getting a ton of use out of this bike and I just love how non-traditional it is! Way better than any bike we've owned before!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am totally fascinated with this bike, it is like having my own gym at home, I can work cardio and also work legs, abdomen, arms and back and at the same time have a total record of my lost calories. The bike comes in parts and it was very easy to assemble, comes with very detailed instructions and also with some very useful tools to assemble. It is very comfortable the chair and the backrest, you can have a very comfortable posture, the pedals have a resistance control that you can gradually graduate according to your ability and pace, the bike is very versatile, can be used for a variety of exercises, very Convenient to keep fit and healthy, it is very easy to transport from one place to another, simply this product is all that I need at home to exercise and feel in my own gym.

Works great for me. Everything I wanted in a simple stationary bike.

My Stamina bike developed this screeching noise after several use. It was very quiet when it was new but after about 3 months, without frequent use, it started this loud screeching noise and the feel of grinding something inside the instrument. I dont know why it started making that noise because I am the only user and I am only a 125 lb woman. I have not used it for a year due to this annoying noise. Not sure if customer support can help. Will contact them tomorrow.

I love how I can get my cardio and strength at the same time! it is so easy to move room to room and it doesn't scratch my floors. I use it early in the morning while I am watching the news and it is awesome. Even my pre-teen boys love to get on it and do their own workouts. Great product!

I bought this 2 months ago. I am really loving it. It has great features and options. It’s been especially beneficial to help building strength in my arms and legs. If I had to identify something to improve this bike it would be a sturdier meter set up. This one flips over pretty easily.

I was a bit skeptical at first but I am pleased to say I am delighted with the purchase. The right amount of resistance, gets me sweating every time. Great compact, powerful, and wonderful workout bike.

It only took me a total of 34 minutes to assemble using only thing tools that came with it. The directions are well written and easy to follow. All of the features work as they should and are easy to reach while working out. The power bands are a nice addition, my only complaint is, I wish the tension on the power bands were adjustable. Overall this is a great bike. My wife likes it too, so that's a bonus

I love the bike. It is not difficult to assemble. You can get very good exercise for the upper body too. It is a good resistance for the pedals
