I had bought some Octane seating before and I found the seats to have very poor quality, poor materials and especially poor leather. The comfortable as subpar as well so I decided to give Valencia Seating a try. I am so glad I did, the seats have great comfort, leather quality (so supple and smooth it is unbelievable just like my mercedes S class nappa leather). The motorized lumbar support is great for my back and very similar to my S class seats on my mercedes. I guess you can see where I am going with this as the seats are very similar to my S class seats on my Mercedes, including the diamond stitching. LOVE IT!

We bought the Valencia Nappa Home theatre seating row of 2-seat.......we were blown away by the quality. The leather is exactly like in our higher-end vehicles (Mercedes and Porsche) and the comfort is top-end ! We love how they incline and how we each have our own space to put our drinks. Our only regret is waiting so long before buying these ! We had never purchased furniture online.....and we would definitely go with Eastporters Audio Video again. Peter helped us every step of the way and went out of his way to make sure we were happy !

I bought a single recliner directly from Eastporters. The chair is sturdy and more firm than expected. The leather used is soft and of quality and the stitching seems very robust. The enclosed assembly instructions are pretty much useless but it's not hard to figure out. It took me 10 minutes to assemble by myself once out of the box. The price might be a bit high compared to others but I can't say if it's worth it or not since I don't yet own another brand. All in all, I'm very happy with it.

I could not be happier with my experience with Eastporters Audio Video. I purchased the single seat Valencia Top Grain Nappa and the quality of the product is even better than expected. I was also very pleased with their customer service (who contacted me promptly to organize delivery),and the delivery service used. Overall a great experience,and I am definitely considering getting the loveseat!

Easy to assemble. Very comfortable. Stable and sturdy. Durable and soft leather. We were wanting to sit in the chairs before we made this purchased but are happy to say we are very satisfied with them. Everything we were hoping for. Plus the service we received was excellent. Thanks to all.

My wife and I are just an old couple living in BC and my couch that had bonded leather was peeling on all the seating surfaces. I mentioned to her that I wanted to get a new set of seats. I didn't know but she went on Bestbuy and bought them and one day they just showed up at our door. Each chair is really heavy about over a 100 pounds each so make sure to have some help, I got my son in law to give me a hand. It took us about 30 minutes to carry them in and set them up. I didn't even realize all the features they had until I had them setup. They have a motorized lumbar support that you can control on the cupholder and that really helps me and my old sore back. On my old chairs if I watch TV for more than 30 minutes my back starts hurting but with the lumbar support, I don't have this problem anymore. The motorized head rest and recline is great too. The leather is so nice and smooth, I never had leather this nice before and reminds me of the those high end cars. Overall I really like these chairs.
