The newly updated Wusthof

Classic Hollow Ground Santoku is a versatile, all-purpose blade that is prized for the precise way in which it cuts. The

deep blade glides through foods and holds a straight line as it chops and slices through vegetables and raw or cooked

boneless proteins. The Granton edge design enhances performance by creating air pockets that reduce drag and water

adhesion, so slices are cleaner and less food sticks to the blade.

Hand washing is highly recommended. Made in Solingen, Germany and backed by Wusthof's lifetime warranty.
