The Wusthof Gourmet 3-piece knife set is a practical set of vegetable knives that shouldn't be missing from your kitchen!
It is the perfect "paring" of prep tools for any home or professional chef. This set comes with a 2 1/4" Peeling Knife, 3" Straight Paring Knife, and 3" Clip Point Paring Knife. All of these paring/peeling knives are created to work well with small produce and herbs.
The Gourmet 2 1/4" Peeling Knife has a shorter blade than most paring knives and curves downward making it ideal for peeling, cleaning or shaping any fruit or vegetable with a rounded surface. It is also the perfect knife to make decorative garnishes such as fluted mushrooms.
The Gourmet 3" Clip Point Paring Knife has a clip point that allows the blade to easily carve and peel fruits and vegetables.
