It is so easy to use with minimal ingredients and it takes less time than the average bread maker and that is great! The bread is so good and soft and is perfect! I can't praise this product enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite feature is the delay timer, and the carrying handle. It doesn't take up a lot of space and comes with a measuring cup, instructional DVD, and a manual with a bunch of recipes. I followed the directions step by step, and my apple raisin cake turned out pretty good. I like the crust control, so that you can determine how you want your bread or cake's crust, and there's a top window and a steam vent. It has a lot of features and different functions, it practically runs itself. It's a decent small bread/cake maker, and the loafs are the perfect size for one or two people, it is very small. The pan is nonstick so it's easy for me to clean, and it has a handle for easy removal when it's finished baking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I've had a older version bread maker in the past and got very discouraged by it, gave up and threw it out. I wanted to give breadmaking another shot. I decided on the 1lb size since I didn't want another big bulky appliance sitting around in my kitchen to take up space. This is a nice size to be able to move it from counter top to pantry or under cabinet. It has a convenient handle and can be carried with one hand. The front has a touch pad with a digital read out. The power cord isn't extremely long so you do need to use it fairly close to a power outlet. It comes with a liquid measuring cup and a double sided measuring spoon. There is no set up required other than washing before first use. There is a well laid out recipe book with numerous recipes. It gives the instructions very clearly and all the recipes give the ingredient in the order that you are to add them to your bread maker. Then it is a matter of making you choice on the front of the machine. You can make cakes, pizza dough, soft pretzel dough bread and so much more with this machine. You can choose the color of the crust you want. You can make dough and rise it then take it out and make your own hoogie rolls like it did in the picture. This machine is very easy and well laid out to use with success. Now I regret not getting the larger size. Since this is only a 1lb machine it is definitely not for a larger size family and not for anyone who wants to make for more than 2 people. I have been using it almost daily since we are a larger family and whatever I make is gone the same day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a big bread maker over twenty years ago and I miss the smell of bread baking. I wanted a bread maker that makes small loaves . The Zojirushi home bakery mini is perfect for me. So easy to use. You select the the setting and crust setting and hit start. That easy! The instructions are easy to follow and comes with a measuring spoon and cup. Not only does it make regular breads but it also makes quick breads like banana bread! And there there is the setting to make home made jams, something I have always wanted to try. You can make cookie dough and pasta. All in this amazing machine . You can set it for delayed and n the morning and have fresh bread for dinner. I highly recommend buying this Home Bakery Mini and just have fun with it. You won’t be disappointed.

This little guy is awesome! I was a little intimidated at first that recipes would be strict and the machine would punish me for the smallest mistake. Turns out, that wasn't the case at all! You definitely still need to read the user's manual and pay attention to your ingredients, but both included recipes and others I found online turned out great each time. Way more versatile than I originally feared. I only wish other colors were available besides white so it matches my other appliances. If you're interested in a breadmaker and you don't need large loaves, you couldn't ask for better.

I’m very happy with this machine. I’ve never tried baking bread before, so my very first attempts were with the mini Zo and all of them came out looking amazing and delicious, which is very encouraging for a novice baker. I found the instructions clear and that by following them my breads come out perfect. I’d recommend it to everyone who’s never tried baking bread before, it’s very easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had bread machines before and they are usually hit or miss. When I received this little guy I was expecting the same. I was wrong. The first thing is the small footprint and it doesn’t weigh a ton. My first try was making the basic white bread using the recipe from the manual. I also incorporated the timer just to see how it works. Oh my gosh! The bread was fantastic! I know…..it’s just white bread, but it was perfect! The machine is so quiet I couldn’t tell it was on! The timer feature worked just as it should. It’s kind of cool…you simply touch the arrow keys up or down and the breadmaker adjusts how long it will be before your bread is done. For example, the normal time to make and bake is 3:40 min. If you use the timer to delay bake the display will show the new make and bake duration I.e. 8:40. Again, everything was awesome! I can’t wait to try the pasta dough feature simply for the needing. Built well and worth every penny.

Great little machine. I have made all kinds of bread over the last month and it has never failed. With 300 grams of flour in the recipe I am guaranteed a delicious perfect sized loaf for two.

Compared to the machine I had years ago, this one is smaller so I can leave it out on the counter and is easy to use. There is definitely a learning curve but it is steep. The first time I used it I made a mess and it took a while to get the measurements right but the very next day I was able to start a loaf during my 15 minute break from my wfh job. As for the design and operation, the unit has a handle for easy carrying. The pan comes out and goes back in with a slight turn. The digital display is easy to understand and select the correct settings. This is important for me because I get frustrated with complicated instructions. The kneading process is somewhat noisy but not overly so. I’ve mainly used my machine for basic bread. It comes out delicious.. crusty outside and soft Inside. Using rapid rise yeast, I can have a fresh loaf of bread in 2 hours. There are also options to add mix ins and make dough for pizza and croissants and even fresh jam. Overall I really enjoy this bread maker. Probably not for larger families but for my family of 3, it’s just the right size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Home Bakery Mini Breadmaker makes making bread fun and easy. The step by step instructions are so easy to follow. The instruction book also includes lots of recipes for bread, cookies and even pizza dough. The bread take 3 hours and 40 minutes which is preset on the timer. Add all the ingredients and breadmaker mixes the dough, kneads it and after rising, bakes it. I was surprised how easy it was. The bread was delicious. The one pound loaf is the perfect size. Can’t wait to try a new recipe!
