For all those who love meat as much as cool design, we have developed the carving knife from the ZWILLING ALL*STAR series. Not only does it contain all our 290 years of experience in the production of high-quality kitchen knives and our proven quality "made in Germany". Thanks to the elegant premium logo application in the handle head, the knife is also a personal design highlight. You can choose your favourite from up to six trendy colours, for example, a noble silver. You can also choose different colours for all your knives: This way, you not only design your own knife set, but can also quickly distinguish the different knives directly from the handle head.

The high-quality blade of the carving knife is made of stainless ZWILLING special formula steel, an exclusive steel that is particularly strong and corrosion-resistant. The FRIODUR blade with 16 cm blade length has been ice-hardened, a process that improves the flexibility and edge retention of the knife. This makes the carving set especially efficient at slicing, portioning and carving meat. Fine, smooth slices are no problem – even with a crispy crust.

Thanks to the newly designed ergonomic handle, the knife always lies comfortably in the hand.
