The Chinese chef's knife with its 18 cm blade length divides meat and fish as effortlessly as vegetables. All our 290 years of experience in the production of high-quality knives have gone into the chef's knife. For example, in the ice-hardened FRIODUR blade, which is particularly cut-resistant and flexible. The blade is particularly durable because it is made in Germany from the exclusive ZWILLING special formula steel – a stable, corrosion-resistant steel. Thanks to the ergonomic handle, the Chinese chef's knife is always comfortable and easy to handle.

And because nature is also close to our hearts, we have developed new packaging especially for the knives in the ZWILLING ALL*STAR series. This does not use any plastic at all and is therefore very sustainable.
