Programming and Interactive Learning

The Bee-Bot Classroom Bundle provides a learning

resource for children aged 3 and above, combining 6 rechargeable Bee-Bots, 1 docking station, a French Town Mat and an Alphabet Mat. Bee-Bot introduces the first stages of control and programming, helping students understand algorithms and how simple programs can be created and executed. The robots are robust and easy to use, and their rechargeable design eliminates the need for batteries. The Bee-Bot App uses the robot's keypad functionality to help children practise programming and directional language through forward and backward movements and left and right 90-degree turns.

French Language and Literacy Activities

The French Town Mat helps children practise directional language and counting in French while learning shop names and discussing what can be purchased in different stores. Children can also create a shopping list for Bee-Bot, and the mat can be used on its own. The Bee-Bot and Blue-Bot Alphabet Mat introduces letters through interactive play, featuring both uppercase and lowercase letters. It offers a range of literacy games that support literacy and ICT skills. Together, these resources provide opportunities to explore programming, French language, alphabet recognition and learning through play.
