Please note that aluminium is a reactive material and should not be used for foods high in acid or salt, such as tomatoes, citrus, sauerkraut, apples, vinegar, wine, rhubarb, or brines.The pot is designed for safety and ease of use, featuring oversized, single-riveted ergonomic stainless steel handles that offer a secure, comfortable grip, even when the pot is full.
