The cast iron is forged in a single-use mould and all imperfections are meticulously trimmed to deliver even thickness, as a result, the terrine absorbs heat quickly, distributes it evenly and gently, and retains the heat long after removal from the heat source. The non-stick black matte enamel interior is highly durable, resistant to chipping, won???t rust or discolour, and does not require seasoning.
