  • Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Received

    I ordered this fridge approximately a month prior to the delivery date for our newly renovated home. A few days before the expected arrival date(June 22) the Home Delivery Best Buy team contacted me to say my delivery would be delayed by a few days(approx. June 25) and that they would be in touch within 24-48 hours to set up a new delivery date. I received a new delivery date (June 27) with no time frame, so I called back to confirm a time frame in which my appliances would be delivered in which they responded that they could not locate my fridge. I went into the store where I purchased my appliances in which the store manager told me after I explained my situation (and after waiting for 45 minutes while he made some phone calls) “I don’t have an answer for you. I do not know where your fridge is. I can neither confirm nor deny that your fridge is at the manufacturers warehouse.” I asked if there was another individual I could speak to in regards to this situation as I had been waiting patiently to speak to someone in which he responded “I’ve done all I can, there is no one else to talk to.” He did not seem to care at all about the situation causing me to become very frustrated as no one could give me an answer as to where my fridge was or when it would get delivered. The store manager also told me I “Shouldn’t have purchased that far in advance as this tends to happen often when you order far in advance.” In the end, I do not have my appliances which I ordered over a month ago. And they cannot locate my fridge, thus I am on my way to return the appliances I HAVE NOT received. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service, the lack of knowledge, and lack of respect I received from both the Home Delivery team as well as the Management team at Best Buy. It is safe to say I will never be ordering appliances ever again from Best Buy.
