With vacuum lids, food can be vacuum sealed and stored in the refrigerator or freezer – keeping it fresh up to five times longer*. It's simple to use: place the vacuum pump on the valve, press the button and you're done! The lids are also compatible with STAUB CERAMIQUE bowls (without handles) for added versatility, and the vacuum bags provide maximum freshness – ideal for freezing, sous-vide cooking or marinating your food.
