Last-Minute Digital Gifts

Choose a digital gift card that matches something they already enjoy. Gaming credit gives players a choice of eligible games or add-ons, Apple Gift Cards offer flexible spending across Apple purchases, and restaurant gift cards can treat someone to a meal. Look for listings marked Digital Download or Email Delivery rather than a physical card.

Don't assume digital delivery is instant. Order processing and delivery times can vary, so check the product page and checkout details before buying. If your gift is needed today, allow time for processing and wait for the delivery confirmation before promising it will be ready.

Match the card to the recipient's gaming platform or service, such as Nintendo eShop, PlayStation Store, Xbox, or Battle.net. Check the supported account region, currency, and redemption terms. Credit for one platform generally can't be used on another.

Delivery options vary by product. Check whether checkout lets you enter a recipient's email address or sends the digital gift to you. Follow the gifting instructions provided, and avoid redeeming the code to your own account if you intend to give it away.

Not necessarily. Gift cards can have country, currency, account-region, or participating-location restrictions. Before buying for someone outside Canada, check the specific card's terms to confirm they can use it.

Digital describes how the gift card is delivered, not necessarily where it can be redeemed. Some restaurant e-gift cards can be presented at participating locations, while others support online ordering. Check the card's redemption instructions and nearby participating restaurants before choosing.
