Toys for Strollers

Look for toys designed to attach to strollers, such as activity arches and hanging toys with built-in clips or rings. Contrasting patterns, crinkle fabrics, and rattles offer different ways to play. Check the toy’s age label and attachment instructions, along with your stroller’s guidance, before use.

A stroller arch spans across a compatible stroller and typically holds several activities. A clip-on toy is a smaller, individual toy that attaches at one point using its supplied clip or ring. An arch offers more activities in one place, while a clip-on toy is easy to pack for outings.

Not necessarily. Attachment styles and stroller frames vary, so check the toy’s dimensions, mounting requirements, and compatibility information. Follow both manufacturers’ instructions, and make sure the toy does not interfere with the harness, brakes, canopy, or folding mechanism.

The suitable age depends on the toy. Some are labelled for use from birth, while others are intended for babies who can reach and grasp. Follow the age rating and developmental guidance on the specific product, and supervise your baby during play.

Use only the supplied attachments as directed, and never add cords or strings. Keep attachments away from your baby’s neck and face, inspect toys regularly for loose or damaged parts, and stop using them if they show wear. Stroller toys are for supervised play, not sleep; follow any removal instructions and developmental limits.

Follow the care instructions for each toy. Fabric toys may need spot cleaning or handwashing, while some hard surfaces can be wiped clean. Do not immerse toys with sound mechanisms unless the manufacturer permits it. Let toys dry fully before using them again.
