For items purchased after October 29, 2020, we’ll gladly give a refund or exchange up to February 28, 2021. In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged at our store fronts after February 12.

Instead of waiting in line for your order, you can save your spot in line and do something else while you wait. Just follow the signs at your store or get a Blue Shirt to help, and we'll tell you when it's your turn.

Store services that are paused
Customers are temporarily unable to make transactions at our stores. You can always make transactions online for home delivery or with our Quick and Easy Curbside Pickup service.
For the time being, we are unable to allow shopping inside our stores. You can always get your tech by shopping online or using our Quick and Easy Curbside Pickup service.
Phone activations and trade-in services are currently unavailable, but we'll be able to help you with your phone at a later date.
In-store and in-home Geek Squad services.
For the time being, we are unable to provide Geek Squad services in-store or in-home. But our remote support Agents are still available online 24/7 to help with your tech issues.
Battery and electronics recycling.
Our stores are unable to take batteries and electronics for recycling right now. But hold onto them for now, we'll be able to take them at a later date.
Trade-in services are unavailable at this time, but it’s only temporary. Hang onto your old tech, and you’ll be able to trade it in at a later date.

Our Blue Shirt advisors are ready to help get you what you need while maintaining proper physical distancing and store capacity.
Cleanliness is top-of-mind, so common surfaces are wiped down and sanitized regularly. Other modified services include hands-free demos, plexiglass at the registers, and more.
For the safety of our customers and team members, masks are now required at all of our stores.
