Seller Feedback

  • I'm happy with the delivery, but it would have helped if I knew which shipping method they used. They also got the delivery address wrong, but fortunately the post office was able to correct because they know me. I think it was delivered to their own company name at my address, when it should have been my name. Overall, I would ask for a bit more polish and a better user experience in this marketplace feature.

  • I am being asked for feedback on the experience and I still have not yet received the product. I emailed support stating that I logged into the tracking and could see that the package was being held for delivery and that it is expected to be delivered within 24hrs. 1 week later I log in and the same status is still pending. After I share this feedback with support, they emailed back the exact same details that I just provided. Very poor experience. Still waiting for my order! Don't recommend
