  • They were not honest about what they were selling and I had to create an escalation with bestbuy because I did not receive what I they had advertised.

  • We did not have a good experience. We ordered a set of 4 chairs. The seller took the payment and then told us they only had 2 chairs. They offered to refund half our payment and send 2 chairs. We agreed. They didn't respond and we had to escalate to the BB Marketplace team who intervened on our behalf. End result...no chairs, full refund.
