To continue to support your technology needs, we’re adapting some of our operations to keep everyone safe. We've also answered some common questions you might have about Best Buy and COVID-19.

Store Hours and Experience
At most of our locations across Canada, we’re offering store-front pickup while our in-store shopping experience is temporarily closed. We’re also offering limited store-front services where available. Our financing program is suspended at this time.
Simply shop online for the items you want, reserve your order in the store of your choice using our Reserve and Pick Up option, then come to the store within 24 hours. We’ve made sure that picking up your items from us will be as safe and efficient as possible by moving our Reserve and Pick Up location to the front of the store.
For Our Quebec Customers
Currently, all of our Quebec locations are temporarily closed and our Reserve and Pick up service is unavailable.

If your local store is closed, we’re still here to help. You can get the things you need delivered to your doorstep by ordering online at BestBuy.ca. You can also get remote support from a Geek Squad Agent from wherever you are.

We know you’re relying on us to get the products you need. You can still order from BestBuy.ca and have items delivered to your doorstep.
Please be aware that, for the moment, large items will need our scheduled Out of Home and Building Delivery service. Our trusted delivery partners will continue to follow the protective guidelines set out by public health authorities to ensure the safety of both their personnel but also our valued customers.
