Box arrived open, and already configured. I was not sold an open box... I called BestBuy customer service, who took down my information and said they would advise. I was offered a replacement or a refund. The product is GOOD.

The product arrived in great condition, but took longer than expected to arrive. Perhaps this is more of an issue with the courier, but it took about 11 days from ordering to arrival.
